Cancellation/Late Policy: 1. I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled atleast 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable 30% fee of your scheduled service. A complimentary text and email are sent out 72 hours in advance for ample time to accommodate this policy. 2. Scheduled Appointments: I understand that delays can happen however, I must keep my other clients on time. I ask that you please be on time so that you can receive your service and my other clients can promptly receive theirs. Ideally, you can expect a small late fee if you are running late beyond 10 minutes of your appointment. Extreme cases will result in a rescheduled appointment as well as a 30% service charge fee. 3. No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to charge up to 100% of your scheduled appointment. Please understand that I schedule special time for you and without 24 hour notice, I cannot fill the spot you have reserved for your services. Card on File: I do require a credit/debit card on file for the protection of my business, time, and to streamline the checkout and payment process for your services. *Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking*
